To BrasPine in Brazil the security of making the right investment was very important as well, as the efficiency and quality of a new line. Therefore System TM installed a small cross-cut line including a MiCROTEC scanner to demonstrate just how much it would be possible for BrasPine to optimize on both their wood and staff resources.
After running the production with cross-cut line for a few weeks, it was obvious to BrasPine that this type of investment was the right solution. Therefore they decided to extend the line with another two cross-cut saws.

By investing in a window and door frame component line from System TM, VTI Vinderup Træindustri also invested in a new industry trend within window and door manufacturing.
This new trend is to buy frames ready to cross-cut to lengths in the right quality. By doing this, window and door manufacturers are able to utilize today’s technologies without any large investments, when optimizing on their staff and wood resources.
