To each project a specific project group is formed consisting of a project manager and employees with the relevant competencies to develop and design the optimal production solution, that can meet the specific customer requirements.
Already in the sales process a project manager and an engineer will be involved to ensure that the optimal solution is designed. This ensures that the customer from the early stages in the process will be met with a very high professionalism and the best competencies from System TM.
When the production and testing of the machinery at System TM’s premises has been completed, the project is handed over to System TM’s Service Department.
This department handles both the installation at the customer’s premises and the subsequent service and optimization of the plant and the machinery.
The Service Department ensures that the customers are able to utilize their plants and systems optimally generating maximum value with focus on quality, reliability and optimization.
Each project no matter the size is met with the highest dedication from all employees. It is very important to System TM to enter into an ongoing co-operation with all customers which also results in meeting all individual needs and requirements with each customized system solution.
This dynamic organizational setup makes it very easy for System TM to quickly adjust and change projects according to any demands from the customers.
