System TM welcomes you at Ligna 2013

System TM always has a big focus on new technology and through this it has been possible to design a new standard concept for scanning and cross-cutting, a new advanced material handling system for infeed to vertical finger-jointing, and a further development of our optimizing cross-cut saw model Opti-Kap 5003, that now has an increased capacity of up to 40%. This will all be demonstrated at our stand F67 in Hall 12.

Material handling solution for line expansion

System TM delivered in the 1990’s a multiple cross-cut system to Tarkett in Hanaskog, Sweden. Now Tarkett have decided to expand the line in order to fully utilize the full capacity of the saw line, hence adding extra equipment to the subsequent production. System TM designed the best solution for this and was therefore chosen to provide a material handling solution for the expansion.

Unbeatable capacity at Produits Matra Inc. in Canada
After optimizing and expanding their production in 2010, Produits Matra Inc, Canada was this year ready to take the next step in optimizing their production even further. The three optimizing cross-cut saws model Opti-Kap 5003 from System TM has had an upgrade and are now running with an unbeatable production capacity.

New incredible speed of the Opti-Kap 5000
System TM always has a big focus on new technology and product development, and through this it has been possible to thoroughly increase the speed of the next version of the Opti-Kap 5000 cross-cut saw. Not only is the speed of the Opti-Kap 5000 Version 2 increased with up to 40%, but the excellent quality and the accuracy of the cut remains the same high standard.
