System TM was truly established as one of the world’s leading suppliers of system solutions, when a Russian sawmill decided to place an order of six individual high capacity production lines.

The optimizing lines constitute the entire glue laminated production of the Russian company. System TM developed an entire system solution with the aim of matching the needs and requirements of the Russian sawmill.

Through exceptional project management and great co-operation with the Russian sawmill a solution was developed on how this project could be realized in the most efficient way.

The solution was six high capacity production lines that produce single and multiple panels in accordance with individual customer needs.

The six lines are:
1. Optimizing cross-cut line including moulder, scanner and finger-jointing lines
2. High speed edge glued panel line for single panels including moulders and laminating presses
3. High speed grading/sorting line including moulder and scanner
4. High speed edge glued panel line for center panels
5. Glue laminating line for multiple panels
6. Finishing/packaging line for glued panels including splitting, sanding, double end tenonor and folio machines
