The daily work at System TM
The employees at System TM typically work together in various teams, both within their own departments, in project teams across the organization and in teams with customer representatives and external partners. To a great extend this structure of co-operation is based on the specific tasks at hand.
The objective of System TM is to always offer the customer the optimal solution for his specific production requirements. A prerequisite for this is that System TM’s management and employees always work towards and focus on creating good customer relations and also possess a willingness to meet the customer with the correct expertise in any given situation.
A knowledge-based company
System TM is a knowledge-based company where the aim is to always have a mix of employees with the right technical and professional qualifications within the company’s core business areas. This includes project sales, project development, plant design and construction, production, production start-ups and service.
At System TM the technical development of new products and product optimization solutions often takes place in co-operation with the customers. This means that most employees are in regular contact with customers and has to be aware of the fact that the knowledge they contribute with will be an important part of the solution developed for the customer.
Employee education
On an ongoing basis the aim is to ensure the highest possible degree of employee influence and satisfaction at all levels throughout the organization. To obtain this System TM offer both internal and external training courses relevant to the employees’ specific subject areas.
